Our specialist consultation services include:

Return policy:
1. Our doctors' time are precious, once the booking is made, we will reserve our doctor's time for you.
2. If you cancel your booking before appointment time, only 50% of your fully paid amount will be refunded.
3. In case of no-shows, your payment is not refundable.
Shipping policy:
1. Delivery on the same day (within 4 hours) cut-off time:
HK Island/Kowloon/New Territories: Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Discovery Bay/Ma Wan: Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 1:00pm
2. Any restricted area and area with no truck access, such as Sha Tau Kok, Lok Ma Chau, is temporarily unable to provide services.
3. Orders place after the cut-off time, the medicine will be delivered to your address / office on the next day.
4. If the courier can’t contact and find the recipient when delivering the medicine and resulting in the failure to deliver the medicine, the medicine will be returned to our clinic and destroyed, and we will not provide delivery again.
